This page explains how to use CAMP8, what to do when something doesn't work and how to reach us. It's organized the way the app is — by what you're trying to do, not by what's broken.
When you open CAMP8 for the first time, you'll choose your home city and the sports you practice. The Search tab populates automatically with curated content for your city and your sports — no empty state, no setup wizard.
You can change either at any time from your profile. Add cities. Remove sports. The content updates immediately.

CAMP8 covers 33 cities across Southeast Asia, APAC, Oceania, Europe, the USA and the Middle East. You can have one home city and any number of active cities — switch between them from the city chips at the top of the Search tab.
The nine sports — Running, Cycling, Swimming, Hiking, Yoga, Triathlon, CrossFit, Trail Running, Mountain Biking — work the same way. Filter to one sport, several or all of them.

Events are races, group runs, competitions and sporting gatherings. Communities are run crews, cycling clubs, yoga studios and other organized groups. Both are sorted by relevance to your city and sports, with CAMP8 partner content surfaced first.

Places are organized into several categories: training locations, health and recovery, monobrand stores, multibrand stores, specialty stores and cafes.
Every place has an address, a description, contact details, and links where they exist. You can switch between list view and map view at any time.

Essentials are gear recommendations across four categories: footwear, apparel, accessories and equipment. Recommendations are based on your sports and the city you're exploring.
Set any of the 33 cities as a destination and a date range. The whole Search tab reconfigures: events for those dates, communities active in that city, places worth visiting, gear suited to the destination.
When the trip ends, switch back to your home city and the feed returns. Saved items stay saved.

Your profile holds your details, your cities, your sports and your gear.
The gear you log directly shapes the Essentials feed. Keep it up to date and the recommendations stay sharp.

Manage your email, password, linked accounts and other features from Settings.
To delete your account, go to Settings → Help & Support → Delete account.

Email and push notifications are managed separately, and each can be toggled per content type. Turn off everything if you prefer the app to stay quiet. Turn on what's useful.
